A theme night is a course where the focus is on one menu of accessories. The course lasts for 3 – 3.5 hours and is divided into three parts. Our theme nights are suitable for those who want an introduction to Indian cooking, use of spices, want to learn more about special dishes or simply just have a nice evening where good food is at the center.

A theme night contains:

  • Theoretical section – lecture with detailed review of recipes, spices and ingredients
  • Practical part – we cook the food together, everyone gets tasks and opportunities to try them out
  • Culinary meal where we enjoy our food and share experiences and experiences


Open theme evenings have different menus. We can also tailor an evening of selected dishes and / or a special theme to your wishes for a group of minimum 6 pieces. Below you see themed evenings that are open to everyone, you want to arrange this privately it can be combined with Indian evening for example. This is popular for birthdays, stag parties and the like.

At our courses you will be responsible for making the dishes yourself under expert guidance and instruction. Participant participates in cutting, roasting, rolling, decorating and of course we take the meal in Indian way. Active participation provides great learning benefits and provides security when dishes are prepared in their own kitchen after completing the course.

The theme nights give you knowledge you can benefit from for a long time.

A theme night comes to NOK 1350 per person.

Then it includes dinner, class room and course instructor.
