If you like oven baked potatoes or jeera alu , you will be thrilled with this one, I promise you! It is so normal to choose dishes that you are used to and can almost be made blindly over time. Today I felt like challenging myself and not making potatoes the usual way (without coriander) at the same time as it must be strong for me. Relax, just leave out the chili if you have children or others who don't like chili My chili flakes are above normal hot!

Since so many people don't want to eat potatoes these days, sweet potatoes are a great alternative. We don't want to use a lot of oil either, so we resort to the oven, which is absolutely great! The previous recipe was so good, so I experimented a little more because I love spicy food.
